Overall Very Happy With the Work
This is the fourth time I’ve used Arbor Force, and the reason I keep calling them is the quality of their work and the fair prices they charge. This time they removed two large pine trees that were in tight spaces near several maple trees, a fence, and one was even close to my neighbor’s house. They also cleared overgrown shrubs, removed a 10” sweetgum, and did some maintenance pruning. The crew worked carefully and professionally around everything.
A small section of fence was accidentally damaged, but they immediately offered to repair it at their cost. Since I’m replacing the fence anyway, I asked if they could prioritize stump grinding instead, and they showed up first thing Monday morning after the Saturday removal to take care of it. They also applied a small discount toward the fence, which I thought was very fair.
Overall very happy with the work and how they handled everything. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These guys came out and did a fantastic job. Showed up with 2 trucks and all the equipment and personnel to knock this job out in minutes. I had 3 out of control Crepe Myrtle trees overhanging my lawn and closing in on the house. The team swooped in and literally made the branches come down safely and in control. The rest of the team mulched the branches down. They checked in with me to verify how much to cut. Clean up was 100%. Going to use them for my back yard next week! Fun group of guys.
